So what if I want to be a critic…

So I have to say how upset I am that I missed American Idol last night. Apparently it was Sir/Lord (depends on how you look at it) Andrew Lloyd Webber night. However, thanks to the magic of YouTube I did see the finalists singing to some interesting song choices. 

And I am willing to admit that David Cook nailed “Music of the Night” until the end of it. Then again I’m a traditional person :-). Is anyone else tired of Randy’s rambles? “It’s lava YO!” Whatever. Lol.

And I’m surprised that David Archuleta (or whatever his name is) decided to sing ”Think of Me”, and I didn’t like it. But hey he did a good job considering it’s technically written for a woman to sing in the top range of vocals. Then again maybe I’m partial to a woman singing it, which is the likely case.

Carly Smith was pretty good at “Jesus Christ Superstar”. If Mim was watching this she would have been happy someone did that show  Lol.

Brooke White- eh. No I don’t think I’ll comment on her. Then again Evita isn’t one of my favorites anyway. The stop/sudden stop distracted me and I lost interest almost instantly. 

Syesha Mercado- Holy Cow. She did really good. I predict she’ll be on Broadway

And Jason Castro- Really…”Memory”? Not so much…ugh!
Anyway, I guess it really doesn’t matter what I think. I didn’t vote
I just wanted to change up my posting a little bit, sue me
